Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- shortening - 3/4 c
- ginger
- cloves
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- sorghum - 4 Tbsp
How to make gingersnaps:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll in balls one-half the size of walnuts. Roll in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
