  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • to 6 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks - 5 item

How to make gingered carrots:

In skillet, cook carrots in small amount of water until almost tender. Drain. Combine ginger, sugar, margarine and cooked carrots in the same saucepan. Heat over low until carrots are warm and coated with the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immed
