Gingerbread



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour
- butter - 1/4 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- molasses - 1/2 c
- ginger
How to make gingerbread:
Cream sugar and butter in a bowl. Beat egg, then add egg, milk and molasses. Sift flour, soda and ginger into mixture and beat well. Bake in shallow greased pan (9-inch pie pan works well) at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
