Ginger crinkles
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- ginger - 1 tsp
- sugar for dipping - 1/2 c
- Wesson oil Canola or corn - 2/3 c
- molasses very dark - 4 Tbsp
How to make ginger crinkles:
Mix all ingredients together. Chill if necessary. Form into balls and roll in granulated sugar. (I prefer medium-size cookies and scoop up 1 tablespoon of dough for each ball.) Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Cookies will flatten and crinkle. Delicious!Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
