Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- molasses - 1/4 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- Crisco - 3/4 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
How to make ginger cookies:
Mix all ingredients. Make into small balls and dip in granulated sugar. Put in greased pan 2-inches apart (they spread) and bake at 350° to 375° about 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
