Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1 lb
- or 7 medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make german potatoes:
Boil potatoes with skin on, cool; peel and then dice. Mix potatoes, mayonnaise, Velveeta cheese and crumbled bacon together. Add salt and pepper. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
