Ingredients/Components
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- Italian dressing - 1/4 c
- slices crisp bacon - 4 item
- tomatoes, sliced thin - 3 item
- purple onions, sliced thin - 2 item
- medium potatoes, sliced, boiled and drained - 6 item
- Dressing: bacon grease
How to make german potato salad:
Dressing: bacon grease1/4 c. Italian dressing1/2 c. mayonnaise Place 3 potatoes in a Pyrex dish and top with 1/2 of cheese, bacon, tomatoes and onions. Pour 1/2 of dressing on top, then repeat layer.
