German pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- applesauce optional - 1 item
- sugar to top - 1 item
How to make german pancakes:
Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in rest and beat with rotary beater until smooth. Heat skillet and small amount of oil. Add a scoop of batter; rotate skillet until batter covers the entire area.
