- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- or more broken pecans - 1/2 c
How to make german chocolate upside down cake:
Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Sprinkle coconut and broken pecans in pan. Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed on box. Pour over coconut and pecans. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine. Drop by spoonfuls over top of cake in pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour. Check. Put foil under cake because the top runs over a little.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
