- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- pinch salt - 1 item
- pecans or walnuts
- coconut
- uncooked pastry shell - 1 item
How to make german chocolate pie:
Combine sugar, cocoa, flour and cornstarch. Add eggs, melted butter and evaporated milk. Add vanilla, salt, pecans and coconut. Pour into uncooked pastry shell. Bake at 300° to 325° until firm to the touch in center of pie.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
