Ingredients/Components

  • Sugar - 3/4 c
  • Vanilla - 3 tsp
  • Cream Cheese - 16 oz
  • Sour Cream - 2 c
  • Butter - 1/3 c
  • Eggs - 3 item
  • Coconut, shredded - 1/2 c
  • German Chocolate Cake Mix - 1 pkg

How to make german chocolate cheesecake:

For crust, mix cake mix, coconut, butter and 1 egg until crumbly. Press into ungreased 9x13 inch pan.

For filling, Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla until fluffy and smooth. Spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

For topping, mix sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 c. sugar together. Spread over cooled filling. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Cut into squares.
