German chocolate cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- Sugar - 3/4 c
- Vanilla - 3 tsp
- Cream Cheese - 16 oz
- Sour Cream - 2 c
- Butter - 1/3 c
- Eggs - 3 item
- Coconut, shredded - 1/2 c
- German Chocolate Cake Mix - 1 pkg
How to make german chocolate cheesecake:
For crust, mix cake mix, coconut, butter and 1 egg until crumbly. Press into ungreased 9x13 inch pan.For filling, Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla until fluffy and smooth. Spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
For topping, mix sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 c. sugar together. Spread over cooled filling. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Cut into squares.
