  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese - 3 (8

  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • chocolate chips - 6 oz
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
  • can coconut
  • Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan

How to make german chocolate cheesecake:

Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over graham cracker crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350° or until center is set. Cool. Top with Coconut Pecan Topping.Coconut Pecan Topping:1 can sweetened condensed milk1/2 c. butter1 c. chopped pecans3 egg yolks3 1/2 oz. can coconut1 tsp. vanilla Combine sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks in saucepan. Add butter. Cook and stir constantly over medium-low heat until bubbly and thick (8 to 10 minutes). Add coconut, pecans and vanilla. Cool 10 minutes. Pour over cheesecake. Store in refrigerator.
