Ingredients/Components
- sifted bread crumbs, browned - 4 c
- butter - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- cream - 1 c
- salt, pepper and pinch of allspice - 1 item
How to make german butterballs:
Mix bread crumbs, butter and seasoning. Add eggs and last the cream. Mix smooth. Form into little balls. Drop in noodle soup and cook until they come to the surface.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, German, Dutch.
