- flour - 2 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- soda - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- apples, chopped - 4 c
How to make german apple cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese3 Tbsp. butter2 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°. In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs and oil. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake 45 to 60 minutes.Frosting: Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Spread over cooled cake. Yields 12 servings.
