Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- medium tomatoes - 3 item
- wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- large green pepper - 1 item
- bunch green onions - 1 item
- small stalk celery - 1 item
- cucumber unpeeled - 1 item
- white horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato juice or V-8 juice - 1 oz
- clove garlic, minced optional - 1/2 item
How to make gazpacho soup:
Grate or chop vegetables fine by hand or use a food processor. Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly and combine with vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Vegan, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
