Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
  • medium tomatoes - 3 item
  • wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • large green pepper - 1 item
  • bunch green onions - 1 item
  • small stalk celery - 1 item
  • cucumber unpeeled - 1 item
  • white horseradish - 1 Tbsp
  • can tomato juice or V-8 juice - 1 oz
  • clove garlic, minced optional - 1/2 item

How to make gazpacho soup:

Grate or chop vegetables fine by hand or use a food processor. Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly and combine with vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings.
