Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- tomato juice - 4 c
- chopped peeled cucumber - 1/2 c
- thin slices bread - 6 item
- Catalina dressing - 1/2 c
- chopped peeled tomato - 1/2 c
How to make gazpacho soup:
Into a large mixing bowl, put ingredients. Let soak for 1 hour, then put through blender. Add salt, garlic salt and pepper to taste.Chill in fridge for several hours or overnight. Put in small dishes: chopped green pepper, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, chopped onion (fresh) and croutons. Let each person sprinkle on the garnishes on top of the soup.
