Gazpacho
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- tomato juice - 3 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- chives, chopped - 2 tsp
- green pepper, chopped fine
- onions, chopped fine - 1 c
- celery, chopped fine - 1 c
- tarragon vinegar - 1/2 c
- Tabasco - 1/4 1/2
- mushrooms, chopped - 1/3 c
- cucumber, chopped fine - 1 c
How to make gazpacho:
Crush garlic in 1 teaspoon salt. Saute mushrooms in olive oil. Combine with remaining ingredients in stainless or glass bowl. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve with garlic croutons, if desired.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegan, Soups & stews.
