Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • olive oil - 3 Tbsp
  • tomato juice - 3 c
  • chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • chives, chopped - 2 tsp
  • green pepper, chopped fine
  • onions, chopped fine - 1 c
  • celery, chopped fine - 1 c
  • tarragon vinegar - 1/2 c
  • Tabasco - 1/4 1/2
  • mushrooms, chopped - 1/3 c
  • cucumber, chopped fine - 1 c

How to make gazpacho:

Crush garlic in 1 teaspoon salt. Saute mushrooms in olive oil. Combine with remaining ingredients in stainless or glass bowl. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve with garlic croutons, if desired.
