Gazpacho
Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- fine bread crumbs - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- large ripe tomatoes - 4 item
- cucumber, peeled - 1 item
How to make gazpacho:
Put all the ingredients in a blender, except the bread crumbs and liquify. Strain mixture and reserve the liquid. Add enough bread crumbs to slightly thicken the liquid. Chill and serve garnished with cucumber cubes and ice. Can also be served unstrained and without the bread cubes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegan, Soups & stews.
