Gazpacho
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- wine vinegar - 4 tsp
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- tomato juice - 1 c
- grated onion - 1 tsp
- stalk celery - 1 item
- fresh ground pepper - 1 item
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- large ripe tomatoes, peeled - 4 item
- cucumber, peeled - 1/2 item
How to make gazpacho:
