Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- fresh chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- whole head garlic - 1 item
- strained yogurt - 1 c
How to make garlic spread:
Preheat the oven to 375°. Slice about 1/2-inch off the top of the garlic. Wrap it in aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and press until all flesh squeezes out. You should have 1 heaping tablespoonful of puree. Mix it with the yogurt, parsley, black pepper and salt.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Spreads.
