Garlic shrimp
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 5 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- minced garlic
- shrimp, shelled and deveined - 1 lb
- crushed red pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make garlic shrimp:
In large skillet, heat butter and oil. Fry the garlic, red pepper and paprika about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the shrimp and cook over medium heat until they turn pink. Stir constantly about 3 minutes. Stir in parsley, lemon juice and salt. Serve immediately. Serve with bread for dipping.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Main dish, Shrimp.
