Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- onion, chopped - 1 med
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- Salt to taste - 1 item
- Garlic powder - 1 item
How to make garlic sauce:
In a blender or food processor, mince finely the onion and garlic and seasoning. When minced, add oil and lemon juice. Blend well. Sauce will turn white in color. Place in bowl and let sit to marinate. Great with lamb or chicken.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
