Garlic roasted red potatoes



Ingredients/Components
- olive or vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic - 6 item
- fresh ground pepper to taste - 1 item
- sprigs parsley, chopped - 3 item
- small red potatoes whole; larger, quartered - 10 item
How to make garlic roasted red potatoes:
Slice garlic thin. Combine with potatoes, oil and parsley. Place in a single layer in a flat pan, preferably enameled cast iron. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Potato.
