- chopped celery - 12 c
- garlic cloves, minced - 8 item
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- thinly sliced green onion - 1/2 c
- medium green peppers, finely chopped - 12 item
How to make garlic pork roast:
With a sharp knife, cut deep pockets between each rib on meaty side of roast. Combine green peppers, green onion, celery and garlic; stuff deeply into pockets. Season roast with salt and cayenne pepper. Insert meat thermometer. Place roast, rib side down, in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 2 to 3 hours or until thermometer reads 170°.
