  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 2 tsp
  • pork chops - 4 item

How to make garlic pork chops:

Mix flour and garlic in one bowl. In another bowl, mix the other ingredients. Dip chops in the egg mixture, then in flour mixture. Cook in hot oil.
