Garlic pasta
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, crushed - 3 item
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- pasta - 10 12
- fresh chopped basil or 1/4 tsp - 1 Tbsp
How to make garlic pasta:
Heat oleo and olive oil in a saucepan. Add garlic and heat until garlic turns golden. Discard garlic. Set garlic mix aside.Cook pasta by directions. Drain well and pour garlic oil over. Add all the spices and the cheese. Toss well and serve.
