Garlic cheese grits
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- boiling water - 6 c
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cut up - 1 lb
- quick cooking 3 minute grits
How to make garlic cheese grits:
Cook grits in boiling water until thick. Add oleo, garlic powder, seasoning and cheese. Mix well until cheese melts and grits are smooth. When cooled slightly, add eggs and mix well. Pour into baking dish; bake uncovered at 300° for 1 1/4 hours.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Grains, Side dish.
