- Cheddar cheese sharp - 1 lb
- garlic to taste 2 to 3 cloves
How to make garlic cheese:
Grate Cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Add garlic, chopped very fine, and nuts. Sprinkle hands and wax paper with paprika. Form into a roll and chill.Recipe categories: Appetizers, High calcium, Spreads.
