Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 4 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 oz
- medium onion - 1 item
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- carrots - 3 item
- stalks celery - 2 item
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- mushrooms - 1/4 c
- beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
- cauliflower
- pot roast - 2 lb
How to make garden vegetable soup:
Cut meat and brown in frypan. Take meat and next 7 ingredients, place in kettle. Heat to boiling point. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Cut up and stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour. Test vegetables with fork to see if tender.Recipe categories: Low protein, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
