  • half and half - 2 c
  • pkg - 10 oz
  • pepper - 3/4 tsp
  • can chicken broth - 1 item
  • mushrooms - 8 oz
  • onion - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • cans cream of potato soup - 2 item
  • slices bacon, cooked crisp - 8 item

How to make garden vegetable soup:

Cook bacon and reserve 3 tablespoons grease to saute green pepper, onion and mushrooms until limp. Set aside. In pot, mix broth, both cans of soup, broccoli, cauliflower and corn. Heat until hot, then add sauteed vegetables. Add pepper and simmer for 5 minutes. Add half and half, then cook until hot.
