Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- cold water - 1/4 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- green food coloring - 1 item
- lime juice - 1/4 c
- sliced radishes - 1 c
- unflavored gelatin - 1 Tbsp
- diced, peeled cucumber - 1 c
- sliced onions - 1/4 c
- Sucaryl solution or 12 Sucaryl tablets
How to make garden salad:
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve in boiling water. Add salt, lime juice, Sucaryl and food coloring to tint a light green. Chill until thickened. Fold in balance of ingredients. Spoon into lightly oiled ring mold. Chill until set. Fill center with crisp fresh greens.Recipe categories: Salads, Carrots, Cauliflower.
