Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- can white Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
- can LeSueur peas, drained - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped optional - 1 item
How to make garden salad:
Dressing:1 c. sugar1 c. vinegar1/3 c. oil salt and pepper to taste Combine vegetables. Bring dressing ingredients to a boil; cool. Pour over vegetables. Prepare about 12 hours before serving. Keeps well in refrigerator. (Pour off dressing after 3 days.)Recipe categories: Salads, Carrots, Cauliflower.
