Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt
- oil
- cider vinegar
- pepper
- can LeSueur peas - 1 item
- can French style green beans - 1 item
- bunches green onions, chopped - 2 item
- small jar pimentos, chopped - 1 item
- can shoepeg corn - 1 item
- Cool thoroughly
- regular onion, chopped optional
How to make garden salad:
Bring to boil. Cool thoroughly.Mix:1 c. celery, chopped2 bunches green onions, chopped1 small jar pimentos, chopped1 can LeSueur peas1 can shoepeg corn1 can French style green beans1/2 c. regular onion, chopped (optional) Mix vegetables together and pour cooled dressing over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. If you can't find LeSueur peas or shoepeg corn, use small peas and regular kernel corn.Recipe categories: Salads, Carrots, Cauliflower.
