Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- green onions, chopped - 6 item
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- radishes, sliced - 6 item
- celery ribs, diced - 2 item
- Dressing:3 eggs, beaten
- , cooked, peeled and cubed - 6 large
How to make garden potato salad:
Dressing:3 eggs, beaten1/4 c. vinegar1/4 c. sugar1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard1 c. mayonnaise1/2 tsp. salt In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs, radishes, onions, celery and seasonings. Set aside.For dressing, combine eggs, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard and salt in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Cool. Stir in mayonnaise. Mix well. Pour over potato mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate for several hours. Makes 8 servings.
