Garden cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- sliced celery - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- water - 4 c
- chicken bouillon or 6 cubes - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- frozen carrot, broccoli and cauliflower combo - 2 c
- frozen hash browns - 1 c
- half and half - 3 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese
How to make garden cheese soup:
In kettle, cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour until smooth. Add water, bouillon, pepper and vegetables; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
