Garden bean salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 2 c
- kidney beans - 1 can
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cut green beans - 1 can
- garbanzo beans - 1 can
- bunch green onions, sliced - 1 item
- celery stalks, chopped - 3 item
- each lima beans - 2 cans
- wax beans - 1 can
- sliced pimento, drained - 1 jar
How to make garden bean salad:
Drain all cans of beans and place in large bowl. Add pepper, celery, pimento and onions; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in a heavy saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
