  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • dehydrated onion flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • jar sliced dried beef - 1 1/2

How to make gala pecan spread:

Soften cream cheese with milk; mix well. Add with beef, green pepper, onion, seasonings and sour cream. Spoon into 8-inch pie plate. Heat and crisp pecans in butter. Spoon over cream cheese mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Serve hot with cr
