Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 3/4 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- flour plain
How to make funnel cake:
Mix dry ingredients first then add milk and egg. Fry in deep fat or oil 375° until light brown, turning once. Drain on paper plate lined with paper towel. Dust with powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
