- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- syrup - 1 item
How to make funnel cake:
Combine dry ingredients. Add egg and milk, beating until smooth. Heat 1/4-inch oil to 375° in skillet. Cover bottom opening of a funnel with your finger. Pour 1/4 cup batter into funnel. Hold funnel over center of skillet. Release batter in a slowRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
