Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • self-rising flour - 1 c

How to make fudge cake:

Icing:1/2 c. milk2 c. sugar1 stick butter5 Tbsp. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Beat butter, sugar and cocoa until creamy. Add eggs 1 at a time until well mixed. Add flour and vanilla to mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased cake pans. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Icing: Cook all ingredients together for 5 minutes then spoon over cake. Cake has the consistency of a fudge/brownie (delicious but very rich).
