Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- margarine - 1/2 c
- mini marshmallows
- large can chocolate syrup - 1 item
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time
How to make fudge cake:
Cream the margarine with the sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add chocolate syrup, flour and baking powder. Bake in a 13 x 9 1/2-inch oblong pan for 30 minutes at 350°. Leave cake in pan and while still hot, spread marshmallows and pecans on top. Have the sauce ready and spread over cake. Chill overnight.Sauce:2 Tbsp. cocoa1/2 c. margarine1 egg1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Melt cocoa and margarine together.
