Fudge cake



  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 5 Tbsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • buttermilk, with 1 tsp - 1/2 c
  • Place in pan the butter, cocoa, water and oil

How to make fudge cake:

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Place in pan the butter, cocoa, water and oil. Bring to a boil; pour on flour mixture while still hot. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Bake in a long greased pan for 30 to 40 minutes in preheated 350° oven.Icing:1 stick butter3 Tbsp. cocoa5 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Put butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan; bring to a boil. Take off heat. Pour over the powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Pour over cake while both are still hot.
