Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 5 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- buttermilk, with 1 tsp - 1/2 c
- Place in pan the butter, cocoa, water and oil
How to make fudge cake:
Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Place in pan the butter, cocoa, water and oil. Bring to a boil; pour on flour mixture while still hot. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Bake in a long greased pan for 30 to 40 minutes in preheated 350° oven.Icing:1 stick butter3 Tbsp. cocoa5 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Put butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan; bring to a boil.
