  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • chocolate - 4 Tbsp
  • Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each addition

How to make fudge cake:

Cream sugar and butter together. Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each addition. Add melted chocolate, vanilla and flour with baking powder, salt and nuts. Bake at 350° until it springs back.Icing:1 stick margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 lb. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts Place margarine, cocoa and milk in a saucepan; bring to a full boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Spread on cake while cake is still warm. If icing is too thick to spread, add hot water.
