Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Parkay margarine - 3/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • evaporated milk - 2/3 c
  • jar Kraft marshmallow cream - 1 item

How to make fudge:

Combine sugar, margarine and milk; bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. (Mixture scorches easily.) Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Cool; cut into squares.
