Ingredients/Components
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- pecans - 1 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- mixed fruit - 2 c
- jar prepared mincemeat - 1 oz
How to make fruitcake:
Combine eggs, mincemeat, condensed milk, fruit and nuts. Fold in dry ingredients. Bake slowly in a tube pan (250° or 300°) for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Low sodium.
