Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine, softened - 1/3 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 item
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • assorted fresh fruit - 1 item
  • apple jelly, melted - 1/2 c

How to make fruit tart:

Mix Bisquick and 1/3 cup sugar. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Mix in egg until soft dough forms. Pat dough in 12-inch pizza pan. Bake until edges just begin to brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.

Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Arrange fruit on top; brush with jelly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
