Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- egg - 1 item
- margarine, softened - 1/3 c
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- Bisquick - 2 c
- assorted fresh fruit - 1 item
- apple jelly, melted - 1/2 c
How to make fruit tart:
Mix Bisquick and 1/3 cup sugar. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Mix in egg until soft dough forms. Pat dough in 12-inch pizza pan. Bake until edges just begin to brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Arrange fruit on top; brush with jelly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
