Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 item
- sugar or 1 Tbsp - 1 Tbsp
- yogurt your choice of flavor - 1/2 c
- half frozen fruit of your choice - 2 c
How to make fruit smoothies:
Add fruit, yogurt, sugar or honey to a blender. Blend until smooth, if it is too thick, add milk to your desired consistency. Serve in cups or freeze into popsicles.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Drinks, Smoothies.
