Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 item
  • sugar or 1 Tbsp - 1 Tbsp
  • yogurt your choice of flavor - 1/2 c
  • half frozen fruit of your choice - 2 c

How to make fruit smoothies:

Add fruit, yogurt, sugar or honey to a blender. Blend until smooth, if it is too thick, add milk to your desired consistency. Serve in cups or freeze into popsicles.
