Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- bananas, sliced - 4 item
- seedless grapes - 1 c
- large can mandarin oranges - 1 item
- large jar maraschino cherries - 1 item
- vanilla pudding
- large can chunk pineapple - 1 item
- large plums - 2 item
How to make fruit salad:
Mix 1 (3 1/4 ounce) package vanilla pudding (not instant), 1 1/2 cups fruit juice and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Pour over fruit that has been well drained. Be sure bananas are well coated. Will keep for a week in refrigerator.Use any fruit desired, fresh or canned.
