- cream cheese - 1 (8
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- small marshmallows - 1 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 (8
- cherry Jell-O - 2 pkg
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make fruit salad:
Dissolve marshmallows, cream cheese and Jell-O by pouring boiling water over them and stirring until dissolved. Add sugar, drained pineapple and nuts. Let it gel and add Cool Whip to the top. Add a drop or 2 of cake coloring to Cool Whip to match the color of the Jell-O.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
