Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- miniature marshmallows - 1/4 lb
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- seedless grapes - 1/2 lb
- large can chunk pineapple - 1 item
- bananas, sliced thick - 4 item
- dates or a few peanuts - 1 pkg
- Dressing For Fruit:1 c
- cornstarch mixed with the sugar - 1 Tbsp
How to make fruit salad:
Mix together and serve on lettuce leaves.Dressing For Fruit:1 c. pineapple juice1/2 c. sugar2 eggs, well beaten1 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with the sugar pinch of salt Mix together and cook until slightly thickened. Cool; serve over fruit.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
